Flamma®675는 밝고 안정적인 근적외(NIR, Near infrared) 형광 염료로 높은 수용성과 낮은 독성이 특징이며 Alexa Fluor®680, Cy®5.5, DyLight®680,  IRDye®680LT와 광학스펙트럼이 유사합니다근적외 형광 염료는 생체 조직에 대한 투과성이 높기 때문에 약물전달종양 연구 등에서 In-Vivo 영상화를 위해 주로 사용 됩니다.

Flamma®675 Vinylsulfone은 BioActs의 독자적인 표지 작용기입니다. Vinylsulfone의 특성에 따라 수용액에서도 1차 아민(-NH2)과 매우 안정적으로 반응합니다. 따라서 수용액상의 단백질 혹은 펩타이드 등을 안정적으로 표지할 수 있으며 반응 속도가 완만하여 사용자의 의도에 따라 반응물의 표지율을 조절하기 용이합니다. 또한 본 제품은 물에 용해된 형태로 냉장 보관이 가능합니다.
